Stuffing is awesome.
If done properly, it is moist but not necessarily mushy, it should be able to be handled and formed into a ball.
I love stove top. Its quite delicious, and easy to make. I have a large cannister in my pantry for emergencies.
Smart choice foods has a pretty poor excuse for stuffing in their frozen meals. Stouffers, on the other hand, is pretty darn good. Not quite as good as stovetop, but a nice second place for sure.

THATS AWESOME!!! what a good idea. I never thought of making it the whole meal. I usually have it with turkey or chicken or in a TV Dinner, or whatnot.....
